However, I later realized the issue was due to a supply shortage, which was completely out of their control. Despite the situation, they truly went above and beyond to resolve my problem. He even traveled more than an hour to come and fix the issue personally. I really appreciate the effort, commitment, and support they provided. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them.

Honest Water Co (HWC) installed a softener & reverse osmosis system in our 1970’s north Texas home. I had two other companies provide quotes in the range of $7,000. HWC surprised me with a shockingly low $3,495 for the system and installation also including a landscaping cover for our buried system. Madison with HWC walked me through their estimate and explained that not only do they provide installations in our area but they’re actually a manufacturer of the systems. Because they control their own product pricing it allows them to consistently come in lower than their competitors. When we went forward with the installation HWC was able to get their team out the same week as we signed off on the contract. All of their competitors who also provided me with an estimate were 4-6 weeks out on installation. The team that provided the actual service was awesome. They consulted with me prior to digging the trench as to where the system should go and did their best to accommodate my wife’s preferences. HWC also provides a Project Manager who was pleasantly more involved than I thought they’d be. All-in-all HWC’s prices were over 50% cheaper than their competitors, were extremely consultative through the whole process and were able to provide service roughly 450% more rapidly than their counterparts. I promise I wasn’t paid or incentivized to write this review. If you’re thinking of getting a softener / purifier / RO system on your home you can’t go wrong starting your search with HWC!

Great experience!!! My water shut off is in the front yard and they buried the unit and covered it with a decorative rock! Impressive stuff. George was an amazing installer. Very professional, and respectful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a water softener/RO system.
