I recently hired them to install my Softener and my under hood sink RO iny new home at prosper. I had some teething issues during the day of installation, but the installer helped me with additional options of it installed so the pipes don't run ugly in my garage and he is solid. I also recommend Madison, my sales rep, who immediately responded when I had an issue and quick to respond for any questions.

These guys rock! I compared them to a few of the big names out there, and the price point alone was worth considering. The quality is just as good as the big names but it was half the price. Installation was included in the price, and the techs who came to install it were incredible! I would recommend anyone in the area to have a chat with them if they want cleaner water. Update after one year: These folks are still stellar! I had them come back out to help swap the filters on my RO, and do a quick health check of the whole home system. Their tech Logan was awesome! I really can't praise these guys enough, every interaction with them has been a pleasure!
