I was impressed with Honest Water Co. They installed my home water filtration /softener system. Colt was excellent with explanation of the system. He went beyond by moving shelves and other items for me in preparation for the installation. The technicians Jeff and Aiden showed up on time, very efficient and professional. Aiden went over maintenance and system operations. The price was fair. Overall , I would recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about Honest Water Co. From start to finish, they have truly lived up to their name. Aiden did my installation, and he was absolutely fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood exactly how the system worked. He never rushed through anything and made sure everything was done right. Colt was the person who initially helped arrange everything, and he has been just as great to work with. He’s always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to reach. I had such a good experience that I ended up referring both my parents and a friend to them for water softening systems, and they’ve all been extremely happy with the service as well. What really stands out to me is that their service doesn’t end once the installation is complete. If you have a question or something needs attention afterward, they’re still there to help and genuinely work to make things right. The name Honest Water Co. really fits this company—they actually live by it. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. A huge thank you to Aiden, Colt, and the entire team.
